★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio el señor que atiende es muy prepotente y es un derecho el registro de un bebé no una necesidad así que espero y llegue a solucionarse nos tomamos el tiempo para llegar y se nos recibe de una manera que no es la correcta y todavía se atreve a decirnos que no nos atenderán ya cuando llevamos más de media hora esperando que falta de respeto
Horrible the service the man who attends is very arrogant and the registration of a baby is a right not a need so I wait and get to be solved we take the time to arrive and we are received in a way that is not correct and still is dares to tell us that they will not attend us anymore when we have been waiting for more than half an hour for lack of respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del Sr. Que está en la entrada dando informes, y la señora que está adentro super déspota. No tienen papelería siendo las 10 am. Pocas veces requieres de estás atenciones y son muy desagradables.
Terrible attention from Mr. Who is at the entrance giving reports, and the lady who is inside super despot. They don't have stationery being 10 am. You rarely require these attentions and they are very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a pedir información y hay una hoja que dice que hay que hacer fila . Afuera hay información para actas de nacimiento, trámite de divorcio pero para matrimonio no había, se evitarian muchas molestias si pusieran la información básica afuera . La señora que sale a atender muy déspota y poco empática con la gente ... Hace frío, llovizna , señoras con bebé en brazos !! Es un servicio del cual tenemos derecho no deberían tener esa actitud!
Terrible service, I went to ask for information and there is a sheet that says that you have to stand in line. Outside there is information for birth certificates, divorce proceedings, but for marriage there was none, a lot of inconvenience would be avoided if they put the basic information outside. The lady who goes out to attend is very despotic and not very empathic with people... It's cold, it's drizzling, ladies with babies in their arms!! It is a service to which we are entitled, they should not have that attitude!
