Solo registran de 9AM a 12PM Llevar copias de INE de padres y testigos Llevar copia del acta de matrimonio (si aplica) Todo esto no se menciona en la página de Gobierno de NL referente a este trámite y te lo piden en el momento. Espero sirva de ayuda. If they are going to register a newborn ... They only register from 9AM to 12PM Bring copies of INE of parents and witnesses Bring a copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable) All this is not mentioned in the NL Government page regarding this procedure and they ask for it at the moment. Y luego cuando le pides constancia de donde fue notariada. No te dan ni documento, ni te revelan la notaria en donde fue realizado el servicio. Pero si te lo cobran....son muy poco transparentes They asked me for a notarized certificate of naturalization, being that by foreign relations law you have to show your certificate to identify yourself. And then when you ask for proof of where it was notarized. They do not give you a document, nor do they reveal the notary where the service was performed. But if they charge you ... they are very non-transparent
