★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, hoy fui a pedir acta de nacimiento y la primera chica que me atendió me atendió bien, pero en cuanto fui por el dinero y regrese me atendió una señora de edad avanzada muy prepotente y faltando al respeto me dijo que no había papel para actas y la señorita que debía atenderme no lo hizo por qué estaba peleando por teléfono. No entienden que son documentos que si se realizan es por cuestiones importantes y no es gratis total se va a pagar.
What a bad service, today I went to ask for a birth certificate and the first girl who took care of me took good care of me, but as soon as I went for the money and returned I was attended by an elderly lady who was very arrogant and disrespectful told me that there was no paper for minutes and the lady who had to attend to me did not do it because she was fighting over the phone. They do not understand that they are documents that if they are done is for important issues and it is not totally free they will pay.
