★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan teléfonos, cuelgan el teléfono para que la contestadora te mencione qué el "número está ocupado" prefieren pasársela en el chisme, ésta burocracia es lamentable
They do not answer the phones, they hang up the phone so that the answering machine will mention that the "number is busy" they prefer to pass it on to the gossip, this bureaucracy is unfortunate
