★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio del personal del registro, sobre todo la sra que sube los datos a la plataforma, persona déspota y sin criterio. Que finalmente no hace su trabajo y te vas como llegaste sin ningún resultado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes el día de hoy tuve una mala experiencia en las oficinas llegué aproximadamente a las once de la mañana me revisa la persona de la ventanilla tres mis actas que me pidieron para corrección de datos su bi arriba para hacer el trámite por cierto el personal muy déspotas incluyendo a la señorita que sube las correcciones a la plataforma aventandome los papeles y diciéndome que no servían esas actas que no reciben de módulos mucho menos de internet le dije señorita por qué me dice esto pues ahora tengo que llevar a mi papá hasta su pueblo donde fue registrado se imaginan tengo que lle var a una persona de 85 años hasta por la sierra de Hidalgo como es posible esto que alguien ponga atención en su personal por favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona de archivo, quien captura los datos de actas de nacimiento (una gorda maloliente llamada Yuridia) es una déspota, violenta y abusiva. Complica los trámites para sacar dinero a las personas. Es una persona CORRUPTA. Trata a las personas con la punta del pie. No es contratada por el ayuntamiento, de acuerdo al encargado de control interno. No proporciona ningún tipo de opción o solución a los usuarios.
SI LEES ESTO, ES NECESARIO QUE DENUNCIES A ESTA PERSONA YA QUE APROVECHA EL PUESTO QUE TIENE PARA PASAR POR ENCIMA DE LA CIUDADANÍA. YURIDIA DEL ARCHIVO DEL REGISTRO CIVIL DE CHIMALHUACÁN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesito mi acta actualizada , hablé y me comentan que si me urge tendría que ir hasta allá, fui , le falta complementar mi acta en datos de domicilio , me pasan a acuerdos , ahí se queda muy acta viejita y según me van hablar por teléfono cuando ya esté , ésto fue en marzo , ya estamos a mediados de mayo y nada !!! Que tengo que hacer para que ya me la tengan lista ? Yo la necesitaba para inscribirme al programa de 65 y más y ya me quedé sin registro , gracias a ustedes finísimas personas ineptas !!
