Las otras tres personas no se que hacen.. Solo se mira que estan sentadas en su computadora perdiendo el tiempo.. Lo peor esque hay mucha gente esperando afuera en el sol ... Y la mayoria de esas gentes lleva a sus niños recien nacidos a rejistrar... The procedures are very late, there are 4 people sitting behind a glass and only 1 of those 4 people is the one who is attending to the people who come to carry out some procedure. The other three people don't know what they're doing. You only see that they are sitting at their computer wasting time .. The worst thing is that there are a lot of people waiting outside in the sun ... And most of those people take their newborn children to register ...
