En internet aparece un horario "general" donde indican que cierran a las 5pm, pero al llegar te das cuenta que manejan diferentes horarios, para diferentes trámites. No puedes verificarlo previamente por teléfono, dado que nunca responden. Para los que les sirva mi experiencia, en caso de que necesiten una impresión de acta de nacimiento, cierran sistema a las 2pm. Les recomiendo ir antes del mediodía y con el efectivo exacto, ya que también carecen de cambio y no tienen la mínima disposición de conseguir feria si pagas con un billete de denominación mayor. Es toda una molestia solicitar un documento tan común para tantos requisitos. Además tienen cero espíritu de servicio, siempre te atienden como si estuvieran hartos de hacerlo (independientemente de que sucursal visites), nunca me he retirado de una oficialía con sensación una agradable, sino con molestia o incomodidad. Definitivamente les hace falta aplicar una gran dosis de calidad en su atención al cliente. Saludos.
