★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te atienden de muy mala manera, aunque lleves cita ellos te dan la fecha que se les antoja por que la página no está actualizada, te hacen esperar muchísimo para atenderte y además cierran super temprano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de dos horas para registrar a un bebé. En verdad es absurda la lentitud. Llegue a las 9 y había 4 bebes antes. Más de dos horas en un solo tramite mientras el personal echando el chisme.

La persona que recibe los documentos esta de malas.
No hay informacion visible.
Para tramites de Registro de menor, SOLAMENTE es de 9 a 10 am y en ningún lugar indican eso.
Para poder llevar a cabo el trámite, me pudieron copias de sus documentos para su papelería interna.
Mas de hora y media y en el sol sin sillas para las mamis que estan lactando. Muy mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal te atiende de mala manera y con mala cara... Aunque lleves cita te dicen que eso no es válido, que se tiene que agendar después. No dan bien la información y nisiquiera te dan solución para que puedas hacer tus trámites. Deberían poner gente más capacitada para atender. Siempre buscan las manera que pagues más... Dicen tener mucho trabajo y que mejor vayas en horario no laboral para que tengas que pagar mas... La corrupción los tiene así, solo afectan a la gente que busca hacer sus trámites. SUGERENCIA.... No pongan información que no es correcta en sus paginas o que al fin de cuentas no sirve para nada, pues solo hacen que uno pierda el tiempo y se lleve un más sabor de boca por los malos tratos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, la atención es muy deficiente, hice mi trámite en 2 días, las personas de primer contacto son un tanto desagradables, podrían mejorar su actitud hacia el usuario, pero parece que el sistema ha hecho trizas de forma completa su empatía, es duro decirlo, pero sería mejor si se jubilan algunos, llegue desde las 9 y salí a las 13:15 hrs. En fin, se requiere paciencia.
