Terrible service. Out of nowhere they called me to cancel my appointment and they agreed to call me later and they never called me I had to call myself and they call me another day to see what hours they can attend me, as if one had all the time in the world

No se organizan bien y hacen esperar al que acude al servicio para hacerles tiempo de platicar con sus comadres y compañeros. Es claro que el chisme tiene mas importancia que hacer su trabajo bien en ese edificio.
It is rubbish and the people who attend show that they have very little skill in proper treatment. They are not well organized and make those who attend the service wait to give them time to talk with their comadres and colleagues. It is clear that gossip is more important than doing your job well in that building.
