★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el que dan las empleadas de ese lugar, habla uno por teléfono para saber si ya me pueden atender mi tramite y lo mandan a un buzón que siempre esta lleno y no hay nadie que atienda las llamadas, llevo dos veces que voy a hacer un tramite y me han dicho que no se puede hacer porque esta en mantenimiento el sistema, como si fuera un sistema para lanzar un cohete a marte. les pongo una estrella, pero no se merecen ninguna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, ya acudí en 7 ocasiones a tramitar retiro por desempleo llevando la documentación requerida, solo me dicen que ya quedo registrado el trámite y espere el deposito y nunca se concreta ya pedí aclaración y solución por escrito y ni así lo resuelven solo ponen pretextos primero que era culpa del IMSS después que mi cuenta estaba mal luego que su sistema y así siguen y por lo que veo o nadie de la Afore lee los comentarios o no les importamos como clientes pero que tal nos ruegan para cambiarnos a esta pésima Afore.
Y ensima no te permite publicar comentario si no pones por lo menos una estrella. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paa los que teníamos ISSSTE no es fácil retirar el dinero de apoyo desempleo. Su sistema no los deja y de nada sirve tanto trámite si al final simplemente no te ayudan. Pienso mover mi dinero a otra Afore
