★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día, la atención es amable, vengo a tramitar una carta de no adeudo, porque la persona con quien inicie el trámite me comento que el día de hoy estaría lista, para esto con esta información pido apoyo en mi trabajo para pasar por el documento, llego y me comentan que aun no esta, que esta en firma, su argumento es que esta en tiempo en días para poder darme mi constancia, con todo respeto se me hace poco profesional escudándose en sus procedimientos, si desde un principio me lo hubieron hecho saber y no asegurar que para el día de hoy estaría mi documento hubiera pedido el día en el trabajo que señalaban. Tengo que perder otro día laboral porque el procedimiento dice que esta bien, no me digan el procedimiento, asegúrense que todo su personal es congruente con lo que le dicen al publico, ellos son los que dan RETROALIMENTACIÓN directa, sigo esperando.
