It is a good place to go to distract yourself, the pools are very good, the hot springs are very good to relax, the only thing that needs to be improved is the attention because they have such an ugly genius to attend to and for the price they charge they should give better treatment

The facilities need maintenance, you have to pay for tables, chairs, internet and dressing separately, the hours should be extended at night since it is hot and the thermal water is pleasant at night

The place is nice. Things I like about the place: -It's a very clean place. The pools are not stinky or cloudy. They are quite good and the thermal water is not even said. Beware that the thermal water has a particular smell of sulfur that not everyone may like. Water with the clothes you wear because the smell of sulfur will not go away so easily. -It is an economical and beautiful option. Admission is around $100 per person. You can take some sandwiches and soft drinks with the family and they can have a great time all day if they want (from early to 6 pm) -The atmosphere has a familiar tone. You can have a few beers with friends (they have to be cans, they don't allow glass) but it still doesn't feel heavy. There are children, families, couples, everything -In the large pool there is always a person taking care of it, who is the lifeguard. I have known that they have rescued more than one clueless -There is a place to play soccer, basketball, and it has a quite acceptable swing and carousel area -It has shallow pools for those who do not know how to swim, and deep pools for the more advanced. It has a wading pool too. It is my favorite place to relax near where I live, which is Xalapa, however I give it 4 stars for the following: Things that I do not like: -the dynamics to enter is not effective. There is a line to collect and another to enter. It hinders more than it helps. The process could be speeded up. -the slide has at least 2 dead exits, I don't know if it's a design error or they don't want to fix it, it seems to me that even the biggest exit of the slide doesn't work -It has a fairly large area for restaurants that would give to offer variety and it is not used. There are only 2 options. The restaurant that is available has friendly service but horrible food and the one with the rotisserie chickens that can't keep up and takes over 1 hour to give you a rotisserie chicken. -Locker rooms and bathrooms should be adjoining and they are not. It's cumbersome. There is no perfect place, it has things to improve. Still, it is wonderful to go to El Carrizal. I recommend it

A nice place to spend the afternoon or even stay a couple of days. It has swimming pools for children and games of all kinds for different ages, parking and a restaurant. Hot springs are great for de-stressing. The attention is very good as well as the bathrooms and showers. The final stretch of the road to get there is not so good. I recommend it!

I like the spa but they do not supervise that people do not eat at the edge of the pools. The delicious hot springs. I would put the massage beds closest to the river to listen to the current of the water, it would be more pleasant than how it is on the edge of the pool and listening to the screams.
