★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta abierto, y SI hay personal "laborando" pero NO realmente, tienen la puerta abierta con una mesa atravesada y muuuchos papeles, pero tajantemente repite la señora que me atendió, aqui no lo vamos a atender, llame a este numero o busque en internet, nadie en ninguna oficina lo va a atender, asi lo repitio 3 veces, de eso a que no halla nadie y con esa terrible actitud, da lo mismo, esa señora no se da cuenta de lo agradecida debe estar de tener un TRABAJO en donde le Pagan por NO TRABAJAR y regañarnos, pésimo, no me extraña que sean asi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo que sucede, para empezar no te contestan el telefono, y si vas ahi hay gente trabajando pero les digo que quiero una cita y me dan el numero 800 del call center de la SRE para poder sacarla, llamo ahi y me dice el operador que esta oficina no tiene citas disponibles, entonces que hace la gente que está ahi en la oficina? está rarisimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tardan 5 a 7 dias habiles en entregarte el pasaporte, en la sucursal afirme puedes pagar en efvo el costo del pasaporte, ( siempre y cuando tenga sistema) ahi mismo hay una caja para el pago de ofcna. enlace, te atienden rapido, no tienen telefono.. la cita te la otorgan en el 01800 de sre.. si hay disponibilidad, te dan cita..
me la dieron de un viernes para el lunes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser oficina de enlace con la S.R.E, ellos te cobran 250 pesos, aparte del costo de tu trámite. Tiene estacionamiento sin costo, hay un lugar cercano para sacar copias por si te faltan, en la oficina de al lado está la maquina para imprimir actas de nacimiento y sin costo de imprimen tu CURP. Buena atención, el trámite es muy ágil si llegas a tiempo a tu cita y con tus documentos completos.
For being a liaison office with the S.R.E, they charge you 250 pesos, apart from the cost of your procedure. It has parking at no cost, there is a place nearby to get copies in case you are missing, in the office next door is the machine to print birth certificates and at no cost to print your CURP. Good service, the procedure is very agile if you arrive on time for your appointment and with your complete documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me trataron muy bien para ser primera vez, en la entrada la señora que te recibe los documentos super buena, pero eso si se tardan mucho jajaja pero yo creo lo que te deja un buen o mal sabor de boca es el trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy tardados... se la pasan con el celular.... y platicando..mm aunuqe tengas cita son muy lentos... tardas 2 horas minimo...si tienes paciencia y tiempo esta oficina es ideal .... de lo contrario... mejor no hagan cita aqui...
