★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, todo es con previa cita, procuren llevar todos los papeles en forma para evitar retrasos, siendo una oficina de enlace te cobran un extra por el servicio, además la entrega del pasaporte es después de 5 días aproximadamente.
Excellent service, everything is by appointment, try to bring all the papers in order to avoid delays, being a liaison office they charge you an extra for the service, in addition the delivery of the passport is after approximately 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardas mas de hora y media y no te entregan el mismo día y hay que hacer otro viaje para recoger. Eso hace que sea tardado y caro.
It takes more than an hour and a half and they don't deliver the same day and you have to make another trip to pick it up. That makes it time consuming and expensive.

Just to clarify, your still a working servant like everyone else... My mothers passport application was denied because she didn't have proof of education?? WHERE IS THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE APPLICATION.
