★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal es buena la atención. No te atienden sin cita, no te atienden con documentos incompletos.
Sugiero que lleguen unos 30 minutos antes ya que el ingreso es un poco tardado.
 Personally, the attention is good. They do not attend you without an appointment, they do not attend you with incomplete documents.
I suggest that you arrive about 30 minutes early as entry is a bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a renovar mi pasaporte y la atención fue muy amable por parte de todo el personal y me lo entregaron el mismo día, me hice menos de 1:30 en todo el trámite!
I went to renew my passport and the attention was very friendly from all the staff and they delivered it to me the same day, I did less than 1:30 in the whole procedure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos déspotas, personas sin un poco de profesionalismo ni ética. Hoy trataron pésimo a mis papás, los ningunearon y les hicieron todo difícil. Obviamente no les dieron el pasaporte, pero el trato... eso es lo peor, a mi mamá que llevo acta y hasta acta de nacimiento de mis abuelos le dijeron que nisiquiera sabían si de verdad era mexicana... panda se inútiles desgraciados. La gestión de este trámite es deplorable, deseando que este gobierno mediocre termine ya.
They are despots, people without a bit of professionalism or ethics. Today they treated my parents horribly, they ignored them and made everything difficult for them. Obviously they didn't give them the passport, but the treatment... that's the worst, my mother who I have certificate and even birth certificate of my grandparents told her that they didn't even know if she was really Mexican... they were useless bastards. The management of this procedure is deplorable, wishing that this mediocre government ends now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé todos mis documentos como me los pedían para renovación de pasaporte y salí como en una hora. Mi esposa también llevó sus documentos en forma para sacar su pasaporte por primera vez, y también salió aproximadamente en una hora. Las personas que nos trataron fueron amables.

Sin embargo para la foto, me hicieron esperar más de 3 hrs, solo veía que personas que llegaron después de mí pasaban y pasaban...Eso sí, me dieron el pasaporte el mismo día. Pero pudo durar mi trámite 30min. Lleven todos los doc. completos para que no te pongan pretextos...
Very kind, they respect the appointment, I went on a Saturday. However, for the photo, they made me wait more than 3 hours, I only saw that people who arrived after me passed and passed... Of course, they gave me the passport the same day. But my process could last 30min. Bring all the docs. complete so they don't give you excuses...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, they are too picky when it comes to passports for minors but it is understandable that is for the child's protection, everything was really fast and smooth when it comes to adults, it doesn't even seem like the standard mexican government office due to the high quality of the service.
