Yo fui al módulo de licencias y aunque fue un poco tardado, tampoco fue tanto. Me atendieron bien y amables. No había tanta gente, solo atienden con cita y también puedes pagar con tarjeta ahí directamente .

Antes daban buen servicio a hora ya no atienden bien ni contestan ni te dicen bien la información ,y tardan un buen a pesar de que uno ya lleva cita

Acudí al lugar para una renovación a lo cual la persona que me atendió de muy mal humor me dijo que no tenía servicio que tenía que sacar cita x Internet, lo hize en el momento y le comenté que no respondía la plataforma, solo me dijo que " no era su problema", salí del lugar y más tarde puede sacar mi cita para el día siguiente, regrese y nuevamente no tenían servicio, tuve que volver a sacar mi otraaaa cita y ya estando ahí una hora esperando aunque ya tenia cita me dice que aun no se veía reflejado mi pago que regresará otro día, como es que nisiquiera te brindan la información? Solo te dicen "lea bien" con su malhumor, pésimo trato!

Un pésimo servicio de parte de los servidores públicos, les pides información respecto al trámite y no te contestas ni una sola palabra así como tal ya al momento de acercarte para hacer el trámite te preguntan sí pagarás con tarjeta o efectivo y si decides hacer el efectivo tienes que ir a la sucursal bancaria a hacer el pago de los servicios ya una vez con tu boucher te dicen que esperes 3 días hasta que se refleje tu pago (Pero no te explican eso sí no que te llevas esa sorpresa al momento) es dinero perdido sí te urge tu licencia ya que se nueva cuenta tienes que pagar con tarjeta para que sea al momento
A lousy service from the public servants, you ask them for information regarding the procedure and they do not answer a single word as such and when you approach to do the procedure they ask you if you will pay with a card or cash and if you decide to do the cash you have to go to the bank branch to make the payment for the services and once with your voucher they tell you to wait 3 days until your payment is reflected (But they don't explain that to you, they don't tell you that you get that surprise right away) it's money lost if you urgently need your license since it is a new account you have to pay by card so that it is at the moment
