★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta oficina lamentablemente no siguen los procedimientos establecidos en la Ley de Condominos, ya que cualquiera puede llegar a levantar una queja y no comprueban que tenga ni sustentos, pruebas que la avalen y apesar de que las quejas tienen inconsistencias o incongruencias las hacen válidas. No respetan los horarios en los que realizan los citatorios y hacen esperar a la gente que tiene cita por atender otros casos que no tienen cita o están fuera de horario. Las instalaciones deplorables que bien van acorde a la zona en la que se encuentra, cuidado ya que está muy solo y es una zona muy peligrosa.
