Tengo más de 18 años con el servicio, inicié mi contrato con Gas Natural y nunca fallo el pago ni el servicio. Ahora siendo Naturgy, tuvieron un error y me suspenden servicio creyendo q era el del vecino de al lado, relativamente lo conectaron rápido, esto hace como un año. El mes pasado olvidé pagar el recibo y me suspendieron el servicio después de 15 días de la fecha límite, hice el pago de inmediato incluyendo el pago de la reconexión, pero no me han dado respuesta satisfactoria y tengo una semana sin gas. Estoy tentada después de casi 20 años a cancelar, ¿ustedes q opinan? . Entiendo q fue falta de pago, pero cuanto tiempo más pasaré sin q me habiliten mi servicio io de gas? ¿Estarían satisfechos perdiendo un cliente fiel de tanto tiempo, solo por no tener oportunidad de recomectar?
