-Copia fotográfica de pasaporte Vencido.
-CURP certificada (revisar que tu CURP cuente con esta leyenda , de lo contrario certificarla antes de venir)
-Comprobante de pagos de Derechos
-Pasaporte Original (vencido).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable el guardia de la entrada, Lourdes Morales de ventanilla muy amable también y el joven que toma los biométricos también, sin embargo, una mujer de nombre Margarita (ese nombre me dio Lourdes) se equivocó y llamó primero al de la cita de las 8:20AM (para la entrega de documentación) siendo yo la de las 8:00AM y habiendo exhibido mi cita y papeles sin equivocaciones.
Margarita se puso muy grosera y altanera y prepotente porque le dije que yo era la primera cita. Y encima de eso, hizo que mis papeles fueran los 3eros. para la toma de fotos porque llamaron a la cita de las 8:20 y 8:40AM. Es domingo y supongo que debe ser molesto para ella trabajar en domingo porque los demás si fueron amables. Solo por ella el servicio lo considero de 4 estrellas.
La entrega del pasaporte fue rapidísimo, 30 minutos después de la toma de la foto. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy cordial ! Obtuve mi pasaporte en poco más de 3 horas, me pareció que, aunque había mucha gente el personal de la dependencia se cordina de maravilla para sacar el trabajo.
A pesar de la gente que llega tarde y quieren que los atiendan o de los que llegan sin documentos completos y no cooperan con la fluidez esperada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena oficina los trabajadores son muy atentos, pero el tiempo si es engorroso casi 4 horas al menos hoy 24 de enero de 2022, pero por lo o demás estupendo servicio, hasta personas que llevaban incompleta su documentación los orientaban y salían con su pasaporte, le pongo 4 estrellas nadamás por el tiempo, hace 10 años tardarás 20 minutos, pero bueno todo cambia hoy si calculale medio dia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable. Si traes los documentos solicitados, el trámite se vuelve eficiente. Tuve cita en sábado a las 2:10 y a las 2:13 ya me estaban revisando los documentos. En mi caso tarde 1 hora en pasar a tomarme la foto y 3 horas en que me entregaran el pasaporte. Salí a las 6(renovación de pasaporte). El único inconveniente es que hace falta un poco de organización en la entrada, ya que de inicio no sabes si te debes formar o esperar a que llamen a los de tu turno. Recomiendo dirigirse directamente a la entrada con la/el oficial y preguntar para no estar parados sin saber qué hacer.

The only drawback is that a bit of organization is needed at the entrance, since at the beginning you don't know if you should line up or wait for someone on your shift to be called. I recommend going directly to the entrance with the officer and asking so you don't stand around wondering what to do.
