Before they open the office, the line on the right side is for licenses, the line on the left side is for payment of endorsement, when they open there is an official who indicates where to go, 150 tokens are delivered only per day, the Documents that will have to be brought (January 2019) is CURP, proof of address that matches a surname, expired license or certification for loss or theft as well as official identification such as passport, professional card or INE, all original and copy. Once formed they assign the card and the line advances more or less to 20 cards every hour, the document review is done until you arrive at the office, there is no one to go in the line reviewing documents, if you are missing something you simply lost your time that day; If you already made the payment at the bank or collector, you go to the taking of photographs and fingerprints, if you do not have the payment they give you a piece of paper so that you can pay to banamex, in the bank they generally also have a line for licensing issues and there It takes you like 10 to 30 minutes depending on the people who have the bank, once the payment is made you take a copy and return to the office now if for taking the photograph, there is the biggest problem of this office and of all government offices , you pass and although you say hello they never say hello, I saw that in the 10 people before me and in me, they treat you as if you did not exist and they always have a bad face, except between them, there if they start to "chatter" and one for education at the end you say thank you and literally they do not answer you, from there you go to have it delivered prior voluntary cooperation to the Red Cross, they give you a ticket for every $ 10 of contribution and at the end they give you your license and you leave. The only person who greets you and thanks you is the one from the Red Cross.

They do not respect appointment times and even though they do not have a system, they continue to charge and people crowd together they do not respect a healthy distance or have any safety and hygiene protocol

I have been marked on several occasions and nobody answers and for appointments it is always saturated ... I no longer know where to go to endorse my driver's license because here the truth is I despair because there is no place.

Everyone treats you super badly, the only one who treated me well was the man at the entrance, he even joked with me, everyone else is super arrogant.

Do not bother to come with your copies in advance, if they do not go to the business in front to get them they tell you that they are scanned and that they are not worth ... hahaha Come with your original documents and make your copies in the business across the street, so that this is a good business for them. Mexico Beautiful and beloved. And it serves that they do the planet good by using fewer leaves.

Terrible service, they are very arrogant and rude, super slow and also there are no upcoming appointments to renew the license. I had to wait all day.

They only attend by appointment, the page they have outside where they say that you can make appointments or it doesn't work, as it happened to me or there are no appointments in the month. I leave the photo for you to try your luck. But curiously, with the boy in front, the one with the copies 'helps' you for $80.00 to make your appointment for your procedure immediately and without availability problem. ? Better avoid this place if you want to carry out a paperwork and avoid being part of the business of this office.
