Particularmente hace unas dos horas un agente me dejó literalmente con la palabra en la boca y me dio la espalda. Me dijo que ponga mi queja y espero que me indiquen dónde ponerla
The place or office is irrelevant if their agents do not demand respect for citizens and by respect I mean that they listen to us and not just what they say. Particularly about two hours ago an agent literally left me with the word in his mouth and turned his back on me. He told me to make my complaint and I hope they tell me where to put it
