Si voy con mi número de guía puedo recoger mi paquete??? El último movimiento se realizo el 10 de Marzo en este lugar. Mi número es RM014098795MX

alguien puede ayudarme? tengo dos paquetes ahí que no se mueven desde el 8/03/22, se supone que están ahí de paso para enviarlos a tlalnepantla, puedo recogerlos en estás oficinas? me urgen los paquetes

Mi paquete no se ha movido y dice que está en esta oficina y he llamado infinidad de veces y nunca contestan, lleva más de una semana retrasando y no tengo ninguna respuesta, pésima atención y servicio

Mi envío con número de guía MP491549820MX que fue depositado el 3/05/2022 no me ha llegado, el último movimiento es del día 13/05/2022, mi remitente ya fue a la oficina postal donde lo depositó y le dijeron que yo debo ir a la oficina postal pero insisten en que el remitente es quien debe levantar el reclamo y ya fuí en cuatro ocasiones y no me resuelven nada, pésimo servicio.

Mi envío EV494869173MX fue enviado el 17 de febrero, al día de hoy han pasado 35 días naturales y 24 días hábiles y mi paquete sigue en en este lugar. Que puedo hacer para que lo envíen o irlo a recoger.

No complaints at all! I do understand that people want to rate a place as to be particularly bad when things don’t work out as they intended, but that was not the case for me. I was sent a parcel from Germany where it got stuck at Frankfurt airport for a while. Yet, the moment it was arriving in Mexico, I was about to leave the country, and needed to figure out how to get my hands on my package asap. I went to a random post office where they told me it was at this exact facility. A quick call confirmed that I may be able to pick up the package, and I was suggested to be prepared to show my flight ticket in case they’d want proof of why I did not want to await the delivery. Yet, the only thing I needed was my passport (plus a second document in my name which I had to leave at the security to get in - they accepted my driver’s license). As soon as a friendly staff member took care of my request, everything was a matter of few minutes. For me, the entire experience took about twelve minutes from arriving to leaving with my parcel, and I was happy that everything went that well. Maybe, I was simply lucky, but for me, this was a much better customer experience than anything I had anticipated! Thank you, MexPost!
