El problema empieza con el personal administrativo, al pedir una refacturación, son peor que el IMSS,
Ya llevo más de 20 días pidiendo una refacturación y cada vez que me presento a resepcion me salen con que me falta un papel diferente.
Ya les di todos los documentos que me pidieron. Y me salen con que la factura ya Se envió, y si pero con otro nombre.
