★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO EMITEN EL MISMO DIA, Pésimo servicio del sistema de Citas, esta es una agencia de enlace de la SRE, en la agenda de citas te dicen y aseguran que es el mismo día pero en realidad es 15 DIAS cuando llegas. Yo vine desde Playa del Carmen sólo para esto y una vez llegando sólo te dicen, "una disculpa, lo sentimos, quiere otra cita en otra oficina?" Y si les pides el número de cualquier oficina para primero corroborar que se emita el mismo día, te dicen que no hay teléfono disponible de las oficinas. En pocas palabras no hay método para validar nada. PESIMO servicio SRE, inaceptable.
THEY DO NOT ISSUE THE SAME DAY, Terrible service of the Appointment system, this is a liaison agency of the SRE, in the appointment schedule they tell you and assure you that it is the same day but in reality it is 15 DAYS when you arrive. I came from Playa del Carmen just for this and once you arrive they only tell you, "excuse me, we're sorry, do you want another appointment in another office?" And if you ask them for the number of any office to first confirm that it is issued on the same day, they tell you that there is no telephone available for the offices. In a nutshell there is no method to validate anything. AWFUL SRE service, unacceptable.
