★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando tratan de convencernos para adquirir el seguro muy amables pero después hasta se molestan si preguntas algo y contestan de mala gana. No responden a tus dudas, quieres hacer un trámite y te mandan hasta las oficinas de la CDMX, eso sí, para contratarlo te corretean hasta tu trabajo y hasta ahí te llevan el contrato. Pésimo servicio, groseros y déspotas. Por cierto, en su oficina de Texcoco nunca contestan el teléfono.
When they try to convince us to buy the insurance, they are very nice but then they even get upset if you ask something and they answer reluctantly. They do not answer your questions, you want to do a procedure and they send you to the CDMX offices, yes, to hire you they chase you to your work and they take you the contract there. Terrible service, rude and despots. By the way, their Texcoco office never answers the phone.
