Es un Caos el servicio.
Piden documentos que ni en la página dice que lleves, a mi, para renovación me pidieron hasta la boleta de sexto, a una señora a un lado de mi le pidieron recibos de nómina, a otra no procedió su pasaporte porque no traía credencial de la escuela! Otro que no firmaba igual que en la identificación, regresaron 6-7 trámites en media hora.
Los que toman las fotos y biométricos viendo el celular *ver foto y la gente esperando.
Además que sale más caro que en cualquier otra sucursal.
Son muy tardados, para variar la señora de la puerta siente que ella decide a quien si y a quien no y de muy mal carácter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerrados de criterio e innecesariamente difíciles, buscanan pretextos a pesar de que llevaba TODOS los docs. Pero q mi firma no era igualita y comenzaron a ponerse difíciles. NO SE SI LO HACEN PARA Q LES OFREZCAS $$ yo no lo hice pero me tuvieron ahi horas repitiendo formatos (en la recepción si son eficientes) Aguas con estos "funcionsrios" que no funcionan, lo bueno que ya van de salida... Esa "servidora pública y otros como el supervisor, EVITENLOS!
