★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan los teléfonos y no quieren apoyarte para resolver dudas, te dicen que marques por teléfono. Yo tenía cita para hacer un tramite y aun así me pasaron casi una hora después porque mi cita no la tenían registrada en su sistema.
 Terrible service, they don't answer the phones and they don't want to support you to answer questions, they tell you to dial by phone. I had an appointment to do a paperwork and even then they passed me almost an hour later because they did not have my appointment registered in their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! No se ponen de acuerdo, tanto el personal del acceso, la gente de "cajas", la gente que te atiende, la gente para citas telefónicas y el portal... Un desastre!. Esa oficina parece que la llevan niños de primaria....en tu cita necesitas llevarte un abaco, peras y manzanas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo tardan las horas para da alta un vehículo, solo habia una persona para realizar el tramite, vas a pagar y lo mismo fila enorme, no contaban con terminal, todo por citas apesar de que adentro habia muy pocas personas para realizar el tramite,
El lugar está muy limpio, aún cuentan con sana distancia y fueron amables apesar del pesimo tiempo de espera.

The place is very clean, they still have a healthy distance and they were friendly despite the terrible waiting time.
