Pues dice que tiene que coincidir la dirección de tu comprobante de domicilio con la de tu identificación o bien el comprobante de domicilio tiene que estar a tu nombre, en mi caso lleve un recibo de teléfono y cable, pero no lo hicieron válido, por que tenía que estar facturado (esto no viene en los requisitos) y mostré el recibo del agua que coincidía la dirección, solo que esta a nombre de mi esposo, pero para hacerme válido este requisito me pidieron acta de matrimonio (tampoco viene en los requisitos) Así que te aconsejo, llévate TODO tu folder o maletín de documentos de todo, para que no te vayan a regresar por documentos que te piden en ventanilla, pero que NO están en los documentos que solicitan en la pagina de internet To carry out procedures, you must make an appointment via the internet or by phone, but make sure of several things, that you will not find on the portal where the requirements come from, because it happened to me. Llegué 10 minutos antes y tuve que esperar 1h para que me tocara pasar. Los atienden como llegan, aunque llegues a tiempo y aunque tengas cita (supuestamente para que sea más rápido ) te hacen esperar como si no hubiera cita. Son leeeeeentos.
