Mi trámite de renovación se demoró 1 hora en total. They need more staff to attend to driver's license procedures, and to pay at the kiosk they only have one machine, so the time in line increases a lot. My renewal process took 1 hour in total.

Llegue desde las 10 am par hacer la alta de un vehículo y salí de ahí a las 4 de la tarde ... De verdad 6 horas para un alta de placas cuando según su panel de letras decía que máximo 70 minutos. Las personas de ventanilla trabajaban a marchas forzadas por el exceso de personas que habíamos ahí mucha gente molesta, que, según la encargada de las ventanillas, les habían agendado 4 citas al mismo tiempo.
