 Inconsistency in the paperwork, lack of respect for the citizen, and they do not give you the information as it should be, they should have their lists with the specific documentation, and without detours for the procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haces una hora de fila para pagar tu refrendo y al final resulta que se les acaban los hologramas, lo cual implica darte otra vuelta. Deben estar preparados, más si es Enero.

Super lento . Si pagas las tenencias de tu auto en el banco con impresión del mismo portal que te imprime para pagar no te hacen válido el pago y no te dan la tarjeta porque no pagaste en la recaudadora del municipio que tontería ,se supone que es para agilizar el trámite. A ver si cambian de servidores públicos este año.

Super slow. If you pay your car holdings at the bank with printing from the same portal that prints you to pay, they do not make the payment valid and they do not give you the card because you did not pay at the municipal tax collector, what nonsense, it is supposed to speed up the Procedure. Let's see if they change public servants this year.

Terrible Service they abuse with charges and are forcing people to leave a good rating on their customer service questionnaires hopefully and put order in those offices
