El trato de su personal fue muy cordial y amable de cada uno de los sevidores públicos que me atendieron. Estan muy bien organizados, el trámite fue ágil y eficiente. T	Telésforo Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente vivimos en un estado donde estamos a merced de la inútil, inepta, apática, déspota y prepotente burocracia de las dependencias de gobierno del estado de San Luis Potosí, llegué a ésta oficina desde las siete de la mañana, para tramitar mi licencia de conducir y resulta que no la pude obtener, porque no tenía cita esto a pesar de que hay un comunicado del gobernador del estado en el sentido de que ya no hay necesidad de sacar citas para los trámites en estas oficinas, pero así se las gastan los servidores públicos que viven a costa de nuestros impuestos, ojalá el gobernador cumpliera lo que dice y no que únicamente en demagogia política.. Un mes esperando cita, ,pierdes día de trabajo por favor capacitación para la sita. que esta recibiendo la documentación en informacion general. La persona que me atendió, de muy mala gana me dijo que por ser extranjera, no me correspondía la renovación gratuita. Perdí esa cita y perdí tiempo. Muy desorganizado todo el sistema de licencia de conducir para extranjeros residentes. Very bad experience to renew license. El servicio es terrible, dicen no tener sistema, de nada sirve tener cita, aún así debe uno formarse las horas, si no tienes cita peor aún pues a los que están formados por horas sin cita al final les dicen que no lo pueden atender (aún cuando sean las 12 y laboren, se supone que hasta las 3) pues según ya no van a alcanzar porque "el sistema" está muy lento... El trato es pésimo, hasta parece que nos están haciendo un favor o que el costo de la licencia lo están pagando ellos. Can't leave zero stars, which is why I'm giving one.
