★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención no contestan teléfono, hice el trámite para licencia y me dieron carta compromiso y me dijeron que me presentará al día siguiente a las 5 de la mañana para la entrega y pues en el trabajo ya no me dieron permiso les hablo por teléfono para sacar cita y no contestan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, no dicen nada, el policía de la entrada grosero, prepotente, le cerró la puerta en la cara a un señor, no explican nada, solo cierran la puerta y dejan a las personas en completa incertidumbre, dan fichas que están en desorden. Filas de personas esperando turno o información y no dan nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención , de verdad la señorita que es “la jefa”, da una atención muy mala ,se respalda con el echo de que no tiene personal y por eso nada más da 70 fichas cuando puede disponer más,mala actitud de parte de ella ,pésima atención cuando quieres que te respondan alguna duda, por favor no vallan a esa recaudadora es la peor a la que he ido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer el trámite de mi licencia desde las 5am y me pidieron documentos que no venían en los requisitos, documentos como él acta de nacimiento, por lo que me dejaron fuera y no me atendieron.
No le veo sentido imprimir tantos flyers e imágenes con los requisitos para después pedir otros que no vienen ahí, muy mal servicio y trato.
I went to process my license from 5am and they asked me for documents that did not meet the requirements, documents such as the birth certificate, so they left me out and did not attend to me.
I don't see the point in printing so many flyers and images with the requirements and then asking for others that don't come there, very bad service and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, fui con cita para licencia y me atendieron en promedio un hora, si te piden algunos documentos que no vienen en los requisitos como copia de la licencia.
Para las placas igual si no tienes adeudos y llevas la papelería correspondiente sales rápido.
El jefe de oficina un persona muy atenta y abierta al diálogo en caso de haber un inconveniente.
Como sugerencia saquen cita con anticipación y así se evitan malos ratos y horas de estar formados o realicen sus pagos en línea y solo pasan a recoger.
Excellent service, I went with an appointment for a license and they attended me for an hour on average, if they ask you for some documents that do not come in the requirements such as a copy of the license.
For the plates the same if you do not have debts and you take the corresponding stationery you leave quickly.
The office manager is a very attentive person and open to dialogue in the event of an inconvenience.
