★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trámites rápidos (obviamente teniendo todos los documentos) y buena atención. Por si quieren usar los kioskos deben genere en cuenta llevar el monto exacto (residente de 82 y foráneos de 95 aprox) la máquina no da cambio de billetes mayores a 100.
Quick procedures (obviously having all the documents) and good service. In case you want to use the kiosks, you must take into account the exact amount (resident of 82 and foreigners of approx 95) the machine does not give change of bills greater than 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy lenta, solo hay una persona atendiendo, pero lo peor es que los trámites son demasiado caros y al cobrar no dan recibo. Ejemplo: constancia de inexistencia de matrimonio en CDMX $77.0 buscando desde 1976 y en el Edo de Mex $250.0 por búsqueda de 1 año!!!!
Very slow attention, there is only one person attending, but the worst thing is that the procedures are too expensive and when charging they do not give a receipt. Example: proof of non-existence of marriage in CDMX $ 77.0 searching since 1976 and in the State of Mex $ 250.0 for 1 year search !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, por falta de atención y negligencia la funcionaria no me permitió ponerle el nombre a mi bebe argumentando que ese nombre no existe (Maryfer) y en todo caso eran 2 nombres en 1, de plano me menciono que el sistema no se lo permitía. Sin encambio en otro registro civil la pude registrar sin problemas.
