★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas condiciones de salubridad, me sorprende sean DIF y que no tengan ni si quiera un dispensador de gel antibacterial, no hay tapetes sanitizantes y asi tienen a la gente laborando, que triste ver que instituciones que deben dar el ejemplo ante la pandemia no se acercan a lo más mínimo del cuidado tanto de sus trabajadores como de las personas que necesitamos un servicio.
Terrible sanitary conditions, I am surprised that they are DIF and that they do not even have an antibacterial gel dispenser, there are no sanitizing mats and so they have people working, how sad to see that institutions that must set an example in the face of the pandemic do not approach to the minimum of the care of both its workers and the people who need a service.

There is no sanitation it is very dirty the wheelchair ramps are very slippery for the person pushing the chair, in general it is not a place as it is supposed to be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo visité el IMIEMH, está justo arriba del DIF. Desde la entrada todos son muy educados y te brindan la información que necesitas muy puntualmente.
Arriba en el instituto, todos son muy amables y lo que me llamó la atención es que todos siempre tienen una respuesta positiva y se ocupan del cualquier situación que se les presente y que este dentro de los temas que ellos atienden.
Cue tan con bastantes actividades para todas las edades con el fin de apoyar a todas las familias.
Además de eso ningún servicio cuesta (aclaro, esto solo en el IMIEMH o Instituto de la Mujer, en el DIF si cuestan todos los servicios) y la atención es como en cualquier servicio particular. 100% recomendaría y por supuesto que voy a regresar.
I visited the IMIEMH, it is just above the DIF. From the entrance everyone is very polite and they give you the information you need very punctually.
Up in the institute, everyone is very friendly and what caught my attention is that everyone always has a positive response and they deal with any situation that comes their way and that is within the topics they attend to.
So count on enough activities for all ages in order to support all families.
In addition to that no service costs (of course, this only in the IMIEMH or Women's Institute, in the DIF if all the services cost) and the attention is as in any particular service. 100% would recommend and of course I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en el área de psicología. Cada rato me cancelan mi cita. Acaso será por qué el servicio es gratuito? Ojalá y la nueva administración ponga más atención.
Very bad service in the psychology area. Every now and then they cancel my appointment. Could it be because the service is free? Hopefully the new administration will pay more attention.
