★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 estrellas porque no hay oficina de Ciudadano Digital aquí, uno va y pregunta a quien ve en un mostrador o mesa y lo mandan a otra parte, dependiendo el trámite que uno haya hecho en línea, en mi caso solicité mi renovación de licencia de manejo y pues terminé yendo a las oficinas de vialidad a hacer fila. Ánimo!
 3 stars because there is no Digital Citizen office here, you go and ask who you see at a counter or table and they send it to another part, depending on the procedure that one has done online, in my case I requested my driver's license renewal and so I ended up going to the highway offices to queue. Cheer up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo para sacar la carta de no antecedentes penales aparte te traen de un lugar a otro tramite la carta por ciudadano digital y no la hacen válida en algunos trabajos por qué ? Si es documento oficial aquí es mucha la calor y aparte esperar 30 minutos para recogerla la señora que entrega y recibe documentos atiende de muy mala manera
Terrible service to get the letter of no criminal record separately they bring you from one place to another process the letter by digital citizen and they do not make it valid in some jobs, why? If it is an official document here it is very hot and apart from waiting 30 minutes to pick it up the lady who delivers and receives documents attends very badly
