★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado no compres aqui, las casas son de pesima calidad, yo compre una que gracias a dios logre vender, se levanto todo el piso a los 2 años, hay infestacion de cucarachas en el desarrollo, no hay nada cerca, sali de ahi y busque otra propiedad, la casa se quedo sola 1 año aproximadamente, y se metieron a la casa y me robaron todos los muebles de baño, el calentador y la tarja, pero eso si puntuales para pedir la cuota del "policia" que no cuida nada si lo vi 3 veces en 1 mes fue mucho, CUIDADO NO MAL INVIERTAS TU DINERO ESTAS CASAS SON UN ROBO
