No permito que pasáramos dos personas a revisar la póliza del seguro por dudas que siempre existen al hacer un trámite en línea, pero la mujer que nos recibió si podía hablar con los dos... Entonces por qué simplemente no sale el asesor y habla con los dos como ella lo estaba haciendo... No era más que confirmar lo que la póliza decía y pasar a pagar a caja. Su respuesta fue siempre "NO, solo una persona"
Que lastima que el chico (Uriel) que me atendió vía WhatsApp haya sido muy amable.
Recuerden que la regla número uno es "si no cuidamos nuestros clientes alguien más lo hará por nosotros"
