They have good attention, however, all the procedures you do must be in the city where the vehicle works, it cannot be in a different one, I could not complete my procedure but they helped me to schedule an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me envía DiDi Food solicitud de entrega de comida de 3 Restaurantes las cuales acepto a unas cuantas horas de que termine el 31 de Diciembre 2021 y ya sea año nuevo,
Resulta que acudo al primero y me percató que el primer restaurante, así como los otros dos ya están cerrados de su horario habitual, ya que todos los empleados tienen que pasar el año nuevo anticipado en sus hogares por autonomía sin haber avisado a su plataforma,
Pero a DiDi Food les importa un verdadero comino y me hacen el cargo de las entregas no realizadas con si a mí me hubiera entregado los alimentos,
Desde que me ocurrió pedí apoyo a Soporte DiDi vía telefónica, pero la llamada nunca se concluyó y volví a marcar pero ya no me contestaron porque ya era media noche del año nuevo y yo ya no tenía batería,
He ido múltiples veces a esas oficinas a reportar mi inconveniente, pero su apatía de ayuda al repartidor, es todo un abuso aberrante, ya que he externado el inconveniente y no muestran ni un aápice de ayuda resolutoria a problemas atipicamente generados por no estar acordé a sus protocolos de servicio.
Que lastima de plataforma, y que abusadores aprovechados de quienes tratamos de prestar nuestros servicios con formalidad.
DiDi Food sends me a request for food delivery from 3 Restaurants which I accept a few hours before the end of December 31, 2021 and it's New Year,
It turns out that I went to the first one and I realized that the first restaurant, as well as the other two, are already closed from their usual hours, since all the employees have to spend the early New Year at home for autonomy without notifying their platform,
But DiDi Food doesn't give a damn and charge me for missed deliveries as if they had delivered the food to me,
Since it happened to me, I asked DiDi Support for support by phone, but the call never ended and I dialed again but they did not answer me because it was already midnight of the new year and I no longer had a battery,
I have gone multiple times to those offices to report my inconvenience, but their apathy in helping the delivery person is an aberrant abuse, since I have externalized the inconvenience and they do not show an iota of solving help to problems atypically generated by not being agreed to their service protocols.
What a shame about the platform, and what exploited abusers of whom we try to provide our services formally.
