★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de la señorita encargada de la puerta es muy insensible a las personas que van por un préstamo incluso si son foraneos, aparte la entrada pega el solo de frente y es muy incómodo estar esperando de frente al sol. Deberían poner alguna sombra. Y aparte las personas que esperan tienten que ocupar las casas de los vecinos de enfrente creo que debieran hacer algo.
Creo que la tecnología podría ayudar para que atendieran mejor y hacer menos filas.
Por lo demas la señorita que me atendió alba morales muy amable y trató de que me autorisaran mi préstamo le agradezco
Very bad service from the lady in charge of the door, she is very insensitive to people who go for a loan even if they are foreigners, apart from the entrance hits the front door and it is very uncomfortable to be waiting in front of the sun. They should put some shade. And apart from the people who wait they have to occupy the houses of the neighbors across the street I think they should do something.
I think technology could help them serve better and make fewer lines.
For the rest, the lady who attended me was very kind and tried to get my loan authorized, I thank you
