★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio y no hablo de que haya mucha carga de trabajo más bien que se la pasan platicando o comiendo, y la fila de personas crece y si llegas ya en la última hora de servicio como están atrasado por no apurarse ya no te atienden,. Y te lo dicen como si fuera culpa tuya o de las personas que van, en fin mal servicio
 The service is very slow and I do not talk about the fact that there is a lot of work load, rather they spend it talking or eating, and the line of people grows and if you arrive already in the last hour of service as they are late for not hurrying they do not attend you anymore . And they tell you as if it were your fault or the people who go, in short, bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La organización para el acceso no es muy buena, obstaculizan la rampa para capacidades diferentes cuando en su mayoría, asisten personas que gestionan su pensión por invalidez o cesantia y edad avanzada.
The organization for access is not very good, they hinder the ramp for different capacities when, for the most part, people who manage their pension for disability or unemployment and old age attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horario de atención al público de 8:30 a 15:00, pero si llegas después de las 12:30 te ponen muchas trabas para atenderte, y si vas a hacer algúna corrección de datos solo dan pocos turnos, si es viernes pues menos, así que intenten ir lo más temprano posible. Por mi experiencia les pondría cero estrellas, solo que no se puede.
Customer service hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but if you arrive after 12:30 p.m. they put many obstacles to assist you, and if you are going to make some data correction they only give few shifts, if it is Friday then less, so try to go as early as possible. From my experience I would give them zero stars, it just can't be done.
