★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no brinda la atención que se espera de unas oficinas que atienden a a adultos mayores, son groseras y prepotentes; se tiene que llenar un formato y les dicen que busquen ellos quien se los llene, no apoyan en dar información como accesos, no hay empatía. Recomiendo que vayan acompañados para que les ayuden a llenar dicho formato.
The staff does not provide the attention that is expected from offices that serve the elderly, they are rude and arrogant; a form has to be filled out and they are told to find someone to fill them out, they do not support giving information such as accesses, there is no empathy. I recommend that you go with someone to help you fill out this form.
