Llevo más de 3 días pidiendo la cotización de un ventilador para mí equipo de cómputo y solo me ponen en espera, cuando por fin me contestó la señorita de ventas nada amable me dijero que enviara un correo solo mandando el no. de serie ya lo envié con todos los datos necesarios y aún no he recibido respuesta.
 APPALLING. ??
I have been asking for a fan quote for my computer equipment for more than 3 days and they only put me on hold, when the sales lady finally answered me not at all friendly and told me to send an email just sending the no. I already sent it as standard with all the necessary data and I have not yet received a response.
