★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han tratado "bien" el problema es que firme la casa desde el 3 de marzo, y me dijeron 25 días hábiles... ( No salí a ningún lado esperando la entrega está semana santa) A pero eso si....El descuento empezó inmediato pero estamos atrasados con 20 días aún no me entregan la casa y con renta por una parte y descuentos sin entregarme la casa creo que no se vale y en las oficinas me dicen que no es problema de ellos si no que comisión les pueda dar folio... Y así se pueda hacer contrato.
Para vender si muy buenos y preocupados pero después de cerrada la venta el asesor ni me volvió a procurar o dar seguimiento.....
Así que le comparto, si pretende comprar vivienda con viveconsa en parque central no hay buen seguimiento, ni seguridad en la entrega, yo por mi experiencia le recomiendo solo apartar sin firmar nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo desde el 2 de febrero q firme escrituras y va para 3 meses q no dan respuesta para entregar casa pero ñps descuentos si muy puntuales no compren con esta constructora tardan mucho en entregar las casa y no te dan respuestas te dejan en visto o solo te contestan las llamadas es un asco de servicio
