Hay que tener mucha paciencia y disponibilidad de tiempo por que la logística del trámite es deficiente, sólo atiende una persona para trámite de actas de nacimiento!!!! Todo está en revisar bien los requisitos y atender a las indicaciones, como en cualquier otra dependencia u oficina. Quienes se quejan son personas impacientes, ignorantes y necias. Todos los empleados se la pasan en su rollo personal sin atender a los ciudadanos, hablan por celular, platican entre ellos y cosas así, mientras supuestamente están esperando que el sistema les arroje la base de datos para ver si estás o no en ella. Y si no preguntas por el asunto no se interesan en darte la información , aún teniendola en el escritorio.
