Las oficinas que el mismo Telmex me proporcionó son las siguientes: disponibles los Centros de Atención Telmex: Mixhuca, Lindavista Ticomán, Camarones, Parque Vía, Prado Norte, Bosques, Plaza Carso, Polanco, Sotelo, Centro Histórico, Portales, Victoria y Satélite, con un horario de 8:00 a 14:00 horas de lunes a viernes.
The location is wrong don't waste your time. The offices that Telmex itself provided me are the following: Telmex Service Centers are available: Mixhuca, Lindavista Ticomán, Camarones, Parque Vía, Prado Norte, Bosques, Plaza Carso, Polanco, Sotelo, Centro Histórico, Portales, Victoria and Satélite, with a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entré solo pasé a un costado por la calle y lo curioso es que al ir hablando por telefono se me cortó 2 veces la comunicación y ya hasta wue me alejé una cuadra volvió la comunicación normal. Que habrá pasado con ese fenómeno? Por eso le doy 3 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te resuelve tus problemas hasta que pasen sus 30 días, llame mil veces al sucursal a sus gerentes incluso pase a sucursales en presente a reclamar, y sus repuestas siempre son mañana mañana mañana lo resuelvo, no hay compromiso en sus palabras nadamas lo dicen para que te regreses, sigo sin servicio sin internet sin nada casi un mes gracias a telmex????
