★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La visita a la Redonda fue muy decepcionante, llegamos a las 12 y para hacer el recorrido, teníamos que esperar hasta las 3:30, quisimos comer, pero en el restaurante teníamos que esperar de una a dos horas, compramos una botella , copas y la charola de quesos, para esperar el restaurante, perooo no había donde resguardarse del sol!! No!! son nuevos en el negocio!! Entonces por qué no tienen lo minimo para atender a los clientes!!!
The visit to the Redonda was very disappointing, we arrived at 12 o'clock and to make the tour, we had to wait until 3:30, we wanted to eat, but in the restaurant we had to wait for one to two hours, we bought a bottle, glasses and the cheese tray, to wait for the restaurant, but there was no where to shelter from the sun !! Do not!! they are new to the business !! So why not have the minimum to serve customers!

GARBAGE They kicked us out of the tables for being for 8 people and we were 5, despite eating, they told us that if we wanted a place we had to wait an hour?. To never return.

Me cobraron dos veces unos boletos para el wine colors, después cancelaron mis boletos, solo me devolvieron uno de los cargos y al final me dicen que realice mi compra nuevamente sin respetar el costo inicial de los mismos. Me bloquearon de fb para que no pudiera comentar obvio porque no les conviene
Terrible attention. They charged me twice for some tickets for the wine colors, then they canceled my tickets, they only refunded one of the charges and in the end they told me to make my purchase again without respecting the initial cost of the tickets. They blocked me from fb so I couldn't comment obviously because it doesn't suit them
