★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, desafortunadamente los contrate y sus cajones de pésima calidad se me descompusieron y cuando intente llamarles para que me dieran el servicio de reparación dijeron que ellos no reparaban solo los hacían, a lo cual les comento que me lo repararan aunque fuera con costo, dure 4 semanas llamando y según irían y jamás fueron. Como es posible que se nieguen a reparar algo que ellos mismos fabricaron? aún con costo. Una empresa seria se hace responsable por sus productos y servicios. Decepcionante experiencia.
Terrible attention, unfortunately I hired them and their drawers of terrible quality broke down and when I tried to call them to give me the repair service they said that they did not repair only they did it, to which I commented that they would repair it even if it was at cost, I spent 4 weeks calling and as they would go and never were. How is it possible that they refuse to repair something they made themselves? even at cost. A serious company is responsible for its products and services. Disappointing experience.
