No sé si el hecho de que tengan demanda en su servicio los orille a aprovecharse del tiempo de sus pacientes. Te citan a una hora y te atienden demasiado tiempo después; qué incongruencia tan abismal. Cuando llegas cinco minutos tarde te lo hacen ver con un rigor excepcional y de manera agresiva, aunque puede pasar una hora sin que te pasen a tu consulta mientras los trabajador se la pasan entre risas sin el más mínimo gesto de preocuparse por la puntualidad o tomar las medidas para que se respeten las horarias que, dicho sea de paso, ellos ponen sin aceptar sugerencias del cliente. Ni si quiera una disculpa por protocolo o cortesía.
Everything positive that can be said is secondary due to its unpunctuality. I don't know if the fact that their service is in demand leads them to take advantage of their patients' time. They make an appointment for you at one hour and they serve you too long after; what an abysmal inconsistency. When you arrive five minutes late, they make you see it with exceptional rigor and in an aggressive manner, although an hour can go by without being transferred to your consultation while the workers spend it laughing without the slightest gesture of worrying about punctuality or taking the measures so that the schedules are respected that, by the way, they set without accepting suggestions from the client. Not even an apology for protocol or courtesy.
