About Oftalmologico Vision Group
Grupo Oftalmológico Visión fue creado en la ciudad de Querétaro en el año de 2001 por un grupo de tres médicos egresados de la Asociación para Evitar la Ceguera en México. Actualmente colaboran en el Grupo ocho médicos oftalmólogos con alta especialidad y un equipo humano técnico, profesional y comprometido. Contamos orgullosamente con una cartera que supera los 60,000 pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité el centro oftalmológico Visión para hacer un estudio de optometría a mi hija y comprar sus micas.
En tiempos del COVID a la entrada del local nadie te mide la temperatura, no hay gel anti bacterial y nadie que te exige el uso de cubre bocas. Ya de sed allí debí saber que no me iría bien. Las chicas de optometría en sus celulares ocupadas, no dan informes de tipos de micas que ofrecen, materiales, recubrimientos, función etc. Solo te dicen cuanto te costará el exámen y el precio de las micas mas caras, Pedí lista de precios y no me la dejaban ver. Salí huyendo del lugar y busque en internet, llegué a FOOCUS Av Juarez, Muy buenas reseñas gran diferencia en precio, trato y explicaciones, me entregaron mis micas de un dia para otro. Esta fue mi experiencia, ojalá alguien se mueva para que esto cambio. Suerte.

In times of COVID at the entrance of the premises, no one measures your temperature, there is no antibacterial gel and no one who requires you to use a mouth cover. Already thirsty there I should have known that it would not go well for me. The optometry girls on their busy cell phones do not give reports on the types of lenses they offer, materials, coatings, function etc. They only tell you how much the exam will cost you and the price of the most expensive lenses. I asked for a price list and they wouldn't let me see it. I fled the place and looked on the internet, I arrived at FOOCUS Av Juarez, Very good reviews, great difference in price, treatment and explanations, they gave me my lenses from one day to the next. This was my experience, I hope someone moves so that this changes. Luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La actitud del personal deja mucho que desear, no dan informes, atienden a quien quieren sin ningún orden, no tienen ninguna medida sanitaria implementada y solo ven como pueden sacarle a los pacientes más dinero. En general no es nada recomendable este lugar.
Terrible service. The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired, they do not give reports, they attend to who they want without any order, they do not have any health measures implemented and they only see how they can get more money from patients. In general, this place is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho que desear deja la atención del personal administrativo, he leído las reseñas anteriores y coincido con el mal servicio del personal administrativo, cada persona que llega le vuelven a tomar sus datos por qué no respetan las citas. Es la segunda vez que acudo y la misma percepción, qué lástima que personal médico tan calificado esté en manos de tan mala administración. En relación a la revisión médica, es tan rápida que no alcanzas a preguntar tus dudas. Tampoco checan temperatura ni uso de gel.

El personal administrativo es muy amable y los médicos especialistas muy capacitados, las instalaciones impecables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No suelo dejar comentarios, incluso negativos; pero esta vez tuve una muy mala experiencia con la encargada que me atendió hoy. Mandé a hacer unos lentes con tratamiento anti reflejante y regresé porque el tratamiento empezó a deteriorarse después de un año y los lentes no se pueden de usar. La encargada me respondió –con muy poco tacto y educación– que ya estaban fuera de garantía y que había que mandar a hacer otros, a lo cual le respondí que lo iba a hacer, pero en otra parte. Las doctoras son muy buenas y profesionales, lástima del personal que necesita más cuidado en la atención al cliente.
I don't usually leave comments, even negative ones; but this time I had a very bad experience with the manager who attended me today. I had some lenses made with anti-reflective treatment and came back because the treatment began to deteriorate after a year and the lenses are unusable. The manager answered me –with very little tact and politeness– that they were already out of warranty and that others had to be made, to which I replied that I was going to do it, but somewhere else. The doctors are very good and professional, shame about the staff that needs more care in customer service.
