Excellent attention, the doctor is very prepared and if he answers any questions that the patient has. Terrible service!! Rude attitude of the doctor !!!! I made my appointment in advance and they did not respect me, the dr received me in a very rude way, even so, I asked to be given an appointment another day and the dr kept talking to me badly, he never acknowledged his mistake, above all he wanted to charge me $ 700, when the consultation is at $ 600..one is looking for a good service and medical guidance, not mistreatment .... Very bad experience, how good that such an unprofessional person did not take care of my son. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Before scheduling an appointment in this place I reviewed the negative comments that were made, the truth is that I thought they were not true because as they say out there "you can only give your opinion if you lived it yourself", however something was very true...a In the first instance, the attitude and treatment of the Doctor towards patients (in how he handles his dialogue with people), the lack of attention he gives to the patient and continuing to carry out the review process without giving you an answer to what you are asking. Beyond that, it is the verdict that he gave me, which was that I had early conjunctivitis, high eye pressure (24 - 26), prescribing me 3 types of eye drops and last but not least, some more in-depth exams without having still the "important". The truth is that I didn't want to continue with him doing the pupil dilation test, I went to another place where I did have that done, there the treatment and the results they gave me were very different, they told me that everything was fine, I did not have the eye pressure that this Dr had told me (I am between 14 - 15) and above all, the prescribed drops were not occupied at all, much less by other more in-depth studies (the one who treated me was a Dr. specialist in Glaucoma and conjunctivitis) I only give my opinion of my experience and I don't know if it had been a factor that could have determined something very different from what I really am, but I mention it only to give feedback and for the site to be of better quality. Update with the complementary answer of the place: first of all, if for something we are with that "ignorance" that you mention, it is for something that we are going to consult a specialist and we take ALL the confidence in the Dr that we go (just as I put it with you). Secondly, at no time did I mention that I put the drops that you prescribed, what's more, after going with you, that same day a general doctor attended me and told me not to put any of those drops for the very reason that I could lower the pressure, and that's how it happened, I didn't put them on and went to the other place, so there they did the evaluation of the dilation of the pupil, at this point there is already more depth of the study compared to the one you did . Thirdly, I do not want to discredit his work and his responsive professional career, I am only saying from my experience so that those who are looking for the confidence of an ophthalmologist think more than twice about where to go.
